Toast with cream cheese, figs and rosemary


2 thin slices of sourdough bread
¼ Cup dried figs
¼ Cup walnuts, chopped
¼ Cup raw cashews, soaked or boiled
2-3 Тbsp plant-based yogurt
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp lemon juice


1. Place the bread on a pan and broil until golden brown. Flip them over and cook the same way. Remove from the pan.

2. For the cream cheese, in a food processor add raw cashews, lemon juice and yogurt. Process until smooth.

3. Spread the cheese onto the toast. Garnish with dried figs, rosemary and chopped walnuts.
