Fasting is a term that is thrown around so much in the plant based and diet world these days.  I don’t even like the word fasting, it makes me cringe!

However, fasting, or eating on a condensed schedule can and will help you to lose more weight and attack disease faster.  

In this episode I talk all about exactly when and how I use fasting in my diet and why it allowed me to keep losing weight when I was starting to plateau.
