INGREDIENTS:
Jackfruit in a bag or Canned Jackfruit in brine (Plain jackfruit, no sauced added)
Cheese cloth
1 tablespoon of Fool’s Gold jackfruit rub
1 tablespoon of demerara sugar
¼ of a teaspoon of smoked hickory salt
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds or chia seeds
