I’m sure you’ll agree that one of the biggest concerns with a Plant-based diet is how to include protein in our meals. During my years as Plant-based BBQ expert, I’ve heard that question a lot of times. Let me tell you this straight up: you don’t need meat to gain protein. That’s why I made protein punched lunch the main spotlight of this video. I want to show you how using simple ingredients, in this case leftovers, you can have a Plant-based dish which is full of protein and easy to get done. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • Coleslaw
  • Smoked tofu
  • Smoked Jackfruit 
  • Jalapenos
  • Hemp seed
  • Pepper 
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Plant based cornbread
