Plant-based Transformation Step 2: Losing Weight & Consistent Exercise

If I had to think of the most difficult step to take while losing weight, I would probably say exercise. There is this misconception that we need to push our body to its limit to get results. It does work, to some extent, everything works. But as I explain in my newest video, sustainability is the key while transforming your body. I take myself as an example, being a chubby top athlete all my life, I thought that exercising would be easier. When I couldn’t complete a long walk, after being advised by my doctor, I felt myself miserable, as though I had failed. The only thing I could think of doing was to continue. That is all I have to say, move! Start walking right now. Even if it’s a short distance, the longest journey always begins with a single step.
