If you look upon the definition of fasting, you’ll find out that it’s the will to refrain or reduce some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. This is why I don’t call my third step fasting because there are no real limitations on the things I eat. There are limitations to my scheduled mealtime. While fasting might work for some people, I want to point out what worked for me. I eat between 12 and 7, 7 days a week, no excuses.
Now, a little warning here. If you have a lot of weight to lose, you are going to be hungry sometimes. That’s the way it is, and you just have to get over it. It’ll be a small sacrifice for a bigger reward. You can have some stuff after or before, me being a coffee lover myself, I use coffee to get me through some moments. There are some “helpers” and tricks to get you through this step successfully. So, I hope you enjoy this new video in which I explain in further detail this step called eating schedule.
