Coleslaw Plant-based BBQ

Almost every BBQ restaurant around the world has their own take on coleslaw. This time, I decided to give my personal touch to my wife’s base recipe. I’ve always said it, coleslaw is one of the most amazing and versatile plant-based side dishes, whether you want to try coleslaw parfait, sandwiches or burritos, you’ll find this amazing recipe to be very handy. 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 head and ½ to 2 heads of cabbage. 

 

2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon fool’s gold original BBQ sauce

2 tablespoon fool’s gold demerara sugar 

½ tablespoon of fool’s gold smoked hickory salt

½ cup plant-based mayoisene 

Diced green chilis 

1 tablespoon of hemp seed

1 tablespoon of cracked black pepper
