Ingredients
1 slice of bread
1 avocado
1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil of choice
1 teaspoon salt flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Fool’s Gold Chickpea and Mushroom or All Purpose Rub
Directions
Toast the bread and dress it with olive oil and a sprinkle of Fool’s Gold Chickpea and Mushroom or All Purpose Rub. Set aside.
To create the avocado flower, cut the half avocado lengthwise, into very thin slices. Spread the slices so that they are placed in an elongated way, as if they were a snake.
Finally, screw the “snake” to create a spiral flower. Place over the bread toast.
Sprinkle with Fool’s Gold All Purpose Rub, salt flakes and black pepper.
